Captain Wins with Stockdale After 2 Previous Denials

An outstanding Captain appealed twice to the Department of the Army Suitability Evaluation Board (DASEB) to have his General Officer Memorandum of Reprimand (GOMOR) transferred to the restricted section of his OMPF. The DASEB denied his appeal both times. The Captain then engaged Stockdale Army Law. Stockdale developed an appeal to the Army Board for Correction of Military Records (ABCMR). The ABCMR granted the Captain “Full Relief” and directed HRC to transfer the GOMOR to the officer’s restricted file.
