GOMOR Filed Locally for SFC

A Sergeant First Class received a General Officer Memorandum of Reprimand (GOMOR) for “over celebrating” a co-worker’s promotion. The details of the incident were almost comical. Stockdale, therefore, decided on a strategy that pushed the envelope into that territory. The reprimanding General got it, and bought it. He filed his GOMOR in the NCO’s local file.
