Unjust OER Removed from Field Grade’s OMPF

A rater stated in his narrative that the rated officer committed a crime under the UCMJ. This was the first time the rated officer ever heard about this allegation. Stockdale Army Law argued that it violated not only Army Regulations, but also basic notions of justice under the U.S. Constitution. The Officer Special Review Board agreed. The OER was removed from the officer’s OMPF.
