Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army Grants Full Relief

A Captain received a GOMOR for misconduct in Afghanistan. He engaged Stockdale to appeal to the Department of the Army Suitability Evaluation Board (DASEB). The DASEB’s decision read: “The DASEB denied your appeal as described in the enclosed Record of Proceedings. However, after reviewing the findings, conclusions, and recommendations contained in the subject proceedings, the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (Review Boards) decided to reject the Board’s decision and grant relief to transfer the GOMOR.”
