ABCMR Grants OER Relief for Lieutenant Colonel

A National Guard O-5 engaged Stockdale to produce an Officer Evaluation Report (OER) appeal to the ABCMR. Stockdale argued that the OER constituted a clear violation of Army regulations. The ABCMR agreed. On 1 March 2011, the Board notified the officer that his record would be “corrected by removing the senior rater’s” comments from his OMPF.
