Article 15 and GOMOR Transferred to Captain's Restricted Fiche

A Captain received an Article 15 and GOMOR for adultery and violation of a “No Contact” order. Stockdale argued to the Department of the Army Suitability Evaluation Board (DASEB) that but for this one regrettable episode, the officer’s performance had been outstanding, in combat and garrison. On 26 April 2011, the DASEB granted “Full Relief.” The Article 15 and GOMOR have both been transferred to the officer’s restricted fiche.
