DASEB Unanimous: Remove GOMOR from OMPF
A Sergeant First Class received a General Officer Memorandum of Reprimand for Conspiracy, False Official Statement, and Dereliction of Duty. A 360-page CID report included 14 sworn statements against him. Stockdale attacked virtually all of the CID “evidence,” as well as the credibility of the 14 adverse witnesses. On 11 May 2011, the DASEB issued its 24-page decision: “The Department of the Army Suitability Evaluation Board, by unanimous vote, determined that the evidence submitted was sufficient to warrant the relief requested. The GOMOR will be removed from the appellant’s OMPF. The Board further determined that this Record of Proceedings and its allied documents will be removed in its entirety from the appellant’s OMPF.”
