Article 15 Filed in Captain's Restricted File

A Captain contacted Stockdale Army Law in the midst of an investigation that could have resulted in Court-Martial charges. Stockdale brainstormed ways to mitigate the damage and positively effect the adverse action. Under the facts of the case, the results were extremely favorable: an Article 15 and a reprimand filed in the officer’s Restricted file.
