Doctor Granted "Full Relief"

An Army Doctor received an Article 15 for misconduct in theater. He did not contest the charges. He contacted Stockdale Army Law for assistance with his appeal to the Department of the Army Suitability Evaluation Board (DASEB). Stockdale crafted a convincing appeal. On 23 May 2011, the DASEB informed the officer that, by unanimous vote, the evidence submitted was sufficient to warrant the relief requested: transfer of the Article 15 to the Restricted section of his OMPF.
