SecArmy Retains LTC(P) on Colonel Promotion List

On 1 September 2011, the Secretary of the Army signed a memorandum retaining an LTC(P) on the Colonel Promotion List. The officer was selected for promotion to Colonel, but a GOMOR in his OMPF caused him to be flagged, his promotion suspended, and his records to go before a Promotion Review Board (PRB). The officer contacted Stockdale for assistance with his rebuttal to the PRB. Stockdale developed a winning appeal. The officer will be promoted to Colonel.
