DASEB Appeal Denied, Stockdale Army Law Engaged and DASEB Appeal Approved

An officer appealed to the Department of the Army Suitability Evaluation Board (DASEB) to have a DUI GOMOR transferred to the restricted section of the officer's OMPF. DASEB denied the appeal. The officer engaged Stockdale who developed a new appeal. The DASEB voted "unanimously" to grant "Full Relief." The DUI GOMOR was transferred to the restricted section of the officer's OMPF.
