Senior active duty attorney for the Army agency responsible for personnel management of hundreds of thousands of Army Soldiers; managed an office of fourteen attorneys, paralegals and support staff; supervised legal services regarding military justice, criminal, administrative, labor, personnel, Privacy, and Freedom of Information laws. Personally reviewed all reprimands for filing in Soldiers’ OMPFs; reviewed all reprimand appeals for consideration by the Department of the Army Suitability Evaluation Board (DASEB); successfully achieved positive, Soldier-oriented changes to AR 600-37, “Unfavorable Information,” the Army reprimand regulation.
